Please note that fulfillment and processing times do not include expected shipping times. Some of our products are made to order and can require up to 14 days for fulfillment. Other orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and any issues with the shipping carrier need to be addressed directly with the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges may vary depending on order weight. We do not offer any expedited shipping options and all orders are shipped standard ground.

We do not currently offer a free shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation email and when it has shipped, you will receive another email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If the checkout does not allow you to ship to a PO box please use a different address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Unfortunately we are not able to accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your order has not been shipped we can cancel your order upon request.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
